WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO BE AN ALLY?
It means you show support for anyone in the LGBT community. It is important because it means you are taking that step to make things right in our world today!  Everyone is a human being and should be treated as such.
WHY ARE YOU “PROUD”?  WHAT ARE YOU MOST “PROUD” OF?
I am very proud of the people who have come out!  It is a process that could take an entire lifetime.  I am proud to come out as an Ally because I believe that I have the power to help change the world!
WHAT WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF COMING OUT?
The most difficult part of coming out as an ally is the fear of being labeled.  I hate labels.  They make me sick.  Everyone living on this planet is a person that should be as equal as the next person!
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO OTHERS WHO COME OUT?
Stay strong in your beliefs!  Do not let anyone take you down because they are ignorant to issues!  If you need support, know that I am here.
THOUGHTS FOR NON-LGBT PEOPLE ABOUT LGBT PEOPLE AND CONCERNS:
Do not be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone to learn more about people who are different than yourself!  Educate yourself!  Do not be afraid to ask questions!  I challenge you all to go to the LGBT Center and learn more!
