Straight Spouse Network
(SSN), formerly Straight Spouse Support Network. The Straight SpouseNetwork is a worldwide organization of current/ former heterosexualspouses/partners of gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender mates andmixed-orientation couples. Members provide personal, confidential support andresource information to spouses, couples, and families. SSN is the only supportnetwork of its kind in the world.
TransFamily is a support group for transgendered and transsexual people,their parents, partners, children, other family members, friends, andsupportive others. We provide referrals, literature, and over-the-phoneinformation on all transgender issues. Although our meetings are held in Cleveland, Ohio,the Internet has enabled us to extend helping hands to transgenderedindividuals and their families across the globe.
TransParentcy's mission is to support the Transgender Parent, and theiradvocates (lawyers, mental health professionals, friends, family) by providinginformation and resources to diffuse and/or dispel the myths about any adverseimpact being transgendered/transsexual might have on one’s children.
