True Colors Relational Leadership
Over 3,500 Ohio University students, faculty, and staff have learned their "True Colors" since May of 2008.
“True Colors” has been used successfully for over twenty-six years in business and education to foster positive, healthy, and productive personal development that improves communication, team-building, leadership, morale, and conflict resolution skills both at work and at home. Businesses and organizations implementing this program report improved individual performance, reduced workplace and personal stress, and more successful leaders.
The Amanda J. Cunningham Leadership Center offers leadership trainings in team-building using the True Colors typology awareness. Each session is led by a certified True Colors trainer and lasts approximately 2 hours.
