Understanding Team Development
What is the difference between a group and a team? How and why do teams fail? Like a good recipe for a cake, teams have ingredients. If the cake turns out poorly, you have to know what goes into making a good cake in order to know how to fix it. The same goes for leading teams.
Participants will be invited to take part in a number of engaging activities designed to demonstrate the levels and nuances of each stage of team development and to learn the art of developing and preserving outstanding teamwork.
