Our Emerging Leaders Program is designed to give first year students the opportunity to advance in their knowledge and training in leadership development.

According to a 2008 study by the National Association of Colleges and Employers "leadership experience" was the number one attribute that, above all other factors (g.p.a., major, etc.) would determine the desirability of one college graduate over another with the same qualifications.

The spring session of fOUndations will begin meeting week 3 of spring semester. The first meetings will occur on 1/28 and 1/29 in the Amanda J Cunningham Leadership Center.
