One's ability to understand and identify one's ethics and values is essential to exemplary leadership.
The purpose of this seminar is to:
- Explore the concepts of values
- Understand ethics as they related to values-systems
- Enable participants to better identify personal values
- Enable participants to better identify group values
- Promote effective leadership with a deeper understanding of value and principle-centered leadership
