Every individual or organization will inevitably find themselves facing great change and uncertainty. Furthermore, in today's ever-changing world and global economy, one's adaptability has a higher value than ever.
This "low-ropes" style (indoor) program is an interactive and entertaining way for members of organizations and/or teams to learn to better adapt personal leadership styles based on various situations and problems to solve.
Participants will develop a deeper understanding of self in relationship to others and will learn to lead effectively while solving problems in an ever-changing environment.
