When envisioning leadership, one conjures images of our great paragons and commanders but any student of history knows that there is a dark side to leadership as well. Leadership is influence and not all influence is benevolent.
This presentation provides examples of bad leadership in an attempt to highlight those aspects of leadership that have the potential to drive an organization to ruin and how best to avoid those tendencies.
