Ohio University

 The Leadership Center is named in honor of Amanda Cunningham.  Amanda was a well-known and highly respected student leader on the Athens campus at the time of her tragic death on May 5, 2003.  She served as President of the Senior Class, Director of University Relations for Student Senate, and Co-chair of the Student Campaign Advancement Committee.  She was a member of the design team for Ohio University's new Baker University Center.  She was a member of Kappa Phi and the University Planning and Advisory Council.  Posthumously, she was named an Ohio University Outstanding Senior Leader and was awarded a bachelor of business administration degree.
