Lancaster – Senior art students at Ohio University Lancaster are putting their work on display this summer. Five different shows will be showcased in the Raymond S. Wilkes Gallery for the Visual Arts over the next couple of months.
“We have some very talented art students at Ohio University Lancaster,” said Development Director Mandi Custer. “The idea to do these senior shows over the summer grew out of the student art show that’s held every spring on campus.”
Four different students will display their work for two weeks each in the gallery. The fifth show will be a compilation show which will be on display during Lancaster Festival.
“This is a great chance for some of our students to put their individual work out there,” said Custer. “I think the community will be impressed with the work they see.”
