Lancaster – Even though it seems like summer has only just begun, students who will attend Ohio University Lancaster | Pickerington for the first time this fall are starting to learn the ropes. The first new student orientation session will be held tomorrow. Several orientation
sessions are held throughout the summer at both the Lancaster Campus and Pickerington Center.
The orientation lasts about three hours. It’s a chance for students to get all their questions answered before classes start on August 25.
“The orientation is really important for new students because it helps them learn what they need to do to become a successful student,” said Fox. “No matter how old you are, it’s important that new students come to an orientation session.”
If you have not applied
at Ohio University Lancaster | Pickerington to start classes this fall, it’s not too late. Ohio University Lancaster | Pickerington is an open enrollment campus, which means there is no application deadline and any applicant who has completed high school or received a GED will be accepted. It is also very affordable to take classes at OUL. Tuition for one year is around $5,000.
