Ohio University is committed to maintaining a safe environment in which students can pursue their academic and personal goals.  If a student's behavior causes concerns, or potentially endangers his or her own welfare or that of others in the community, the Student Review and Consultation Committee (SRCC) may intervene as a safeguard for everyone involved.

The role of the SRCC is to serve as an advisory and consultative board to help the Committee respond rapidly to an expressed concern about a student or to critical or emergency situations involving students.  It also serves as a conduit to other helpful university and community services.
