Student Testing Code of Conduct:
> 48 hours notice is required to schedule a testing appointment.
> Must provide a photo ID and sign-in with the proctor.
> Cell phones, pagers, PDA's, etc. must be turned off upon entering the testing center.
> No headphones,usb devices,ipods, or other electronic devices may be used during testing unless specified by the instructor.
> Books, bookbags, and personal items must be secured in a provided space unless otherwise specified.
> No other materials are permitted during testing, ex: calculators, notes, graphs, unless specified by the instructor.
> No breaks are permitted during testing, unless otherwise specified by your instructor.
> Quiet please - no talking in the testing lab.
> Please be aware that you are being monitored, either electronically and or by the proctor. If you are caught cheating your instructor will be notified.
> No children are allowed in the room used for testing.
> When leaving-be sure to see the proctor to turn in your completed test, sign-out, and collect your personal items.
> Effective January 1, the fee will increase to $20 for all non-Ohio University students

Our Mission Statement
The Ohio University Lancaster Testing center is dedicated to upholding high standards of security and academic integrity.We are committed to providing exceptional, accessible, and comprehensive testing programs for Ohio University Lancaster and the community.All tests are administered under standardized conditions that are efficient, fair, and secure.We maintain and adhere to all standards set forth by the National College Testing Association (NCTA).
The Testing Center for Ohio University Lancaster Campus proctors exams for:
students with documented disabilities
students taking online/blended classes
individual placement exams
students taking classes from other colleges Effective January 1, the fee will increase to $20 for all non-Ohio University students
All testing is done individually; no full classes are proctored
We provide a secure environment for students to complete proctored exams.
Students should review Student Guidelines and should consult with their instructor concerning materials permitted during the exam, such as books, notes, calculators, etc. and the deadline for completing the exam.
For appointment confirmations, we require 24 hours notice; however, walk-ins are welcome if seats are available.

REMEMBER TO BRING PHOTO ID; CELL PHONES MUST BE TURNED OFF BEFORE ARRIVING AT TESTING CENTER.

- ServSafe (www.servsafe.com/home) - National Restaurant Association's Food Protection Manager Certification Examination at an administrative fee of $20 (effective Jan. 1, 2014).

FALL & SPRING SEMESTER
Monday/Tuesday 9:30 am - 8 pm
Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
Closed most Saturdays*/all Sundays/all University holidays (*Saturdays: Fall Semester - Dec. 14; Spring Semester - May 3)
Exams MUST be completed 10 minutes before noted closing times.
During finals week, we strongly recommend scheduling appointments.When the University is open (ex. during break weeks) and classes are NOT in session, hours will be 8:30 to 4:45 pm (closed for lunch 12 pm to 1:15 pm)
