Laundry Facilities Most houses, apartments, and dorms have their own laundry facilities located in a centralized area, but here are others you canuse for dry cleaning and washing. Others may be listed in the city phone book. Do not purchase medical insurance at home. Only students whose government scholarship agencies provide health insurance for them will not be required to purchase Ohio University health insurance. These students must obtain a waiver at the Office of International Student & Faculty Services in 348 Baker University Center.
The charges will automatically be put on to your student account when you register for classes.
Health Insurance for Dependents
The dependents (spouse/children) of international students are also required to purchase international health insurance through Ohio University .
