All student organizations are required to maintain their student organization bank account through the Bursar's Office in Chubb Hall. Student organizations living in recognized off-campus living units are generally exempt from this requirement, i.e., Greek Life organizations with chapter houses. In all cases, funds allocated to a registered student organization through the Senate Appropriations Commission must be disbursed through the Bursar's Office.
The Bursar's Office offers free banking accounts to registered student organizations. All student organization account books/records must be turned in to the Bursar's Office by the last day of spring semester for auditing purposes.
