- October, 2009 - The Lab will once again be participating in the annual Baylor RFID Symposium in Waco TX.
- August, 2009 - The Lab's Alien RFID Wedge software gets an upgrade. Network support is added to the software, allowing for increased use and functionality.
- September 18-19, 2008 - The Lab will be participating in the 4th annual Baylor Integrated Supply Chains Symposium.
- September 15, 2008 - The Lab releases it's first software package, the Alien RFID Wedge. This software will allow users to integrate Alien RFID readers into any existing application without the need for special programming or revisions.
- August 4, 2008 - The AIDC Lab, and community in general, mourns the loss of Dr. James Fales, the founder of the Lab.
- July 20-25, 2008 - The AIDC Lab holds it's 22nd annual AIDCTI.
- August 21-22, 2007 - The center will have a booth at this year's AIAG Autotech 2007 Conference and Exposition. Be sure to visit us in booth 557.
- July 22-27,2007 - The center is holding it's 21st annual AIDCTI.
- March 20, 2007 - The center releases it's first RFID performance report, The RFID Reader Report 2007 - Lite Version, discussing the results of testing done on three RFID readers and eight Gen2 tags. Click here for the press release (PDF).
- February 28, 2007 - Dr. Kevin Berisso, Director of the Center, receives his Comptia RFID+ Certification
- August 8, 2006 - The center announces its inclusion of RF Code's active RFID solution. The press release can be viewed at RFID Solutions Online.
- February 6, 2006 - The center formally announces its collaboration with the RFID Solutions Center in Dayton, Ohio. (PDF)
- November 1, 2005 - Todd Myers, RFID researcher for the center, received GlobeRanger Trainer certification. (PDF)
- June 20, 2005 - The center obtains a new Executive Director. Dr. Kevin Berisso offically joins the ranks of the Industrial Technology Department at Ohio University in addition to taking on the role of Executive Director for the center.
