Educational Attendee Information

Thanks to our sponsors, each college or university professor will receive a mini-grant that pays for their attendance at this year's AIDCTI. While most costs will be covered by this grant, there are a few costs that the professors may have to cover. Attendees will not need to rent a car as transportation to and from the airport is provided and Athens is small enough that driving is not necessary.

What is paid for:

• Registration costs
• Dinner on Sunday, July 22
• Picnic on Thursday July 26
• Snack breaks during the week
• A shuttle will be provided to and from Columbus airport 

What is not paid for:

• Lunches and dinners not listed.
• Airfare and transportation to/from the departing airport (up to $200 may be reimbursed - depending on funding)
• Other misc. costs
