Work Design Lab

The primary use of the ISE Work Design Laboratory is for activities in ISE 333, Work Design and Human Factors. Students in this course meet weekly in the lab for hands-on activities to develop the skills covered in the course. Resources in the lab include a TV with VCR, two computers, and a variety of work measurement tools and educational materials.

In addition, the laboratory contains a wide variety of reference materials that are available to all students in the ISE Program. These materials include:

  • Text books
  • Videos
  • Trade magazines
  • Journals
  • Vendor sales information

When not in use as a laboratory, the room is available for students or groups in the ISE Program who wish to use it for meetings, discussions, or studying. If the room is locked, a key is available from the secretary in 270 Stocker.
