Breakdown of Retention Points by Job Classification

Formal notice will be given, on or about May 1, 2009, to all classified employees who hold a position that will be abolished.The following list reflect the number of retention points by job classification for the Athens Campus as of February 28, 2009.

• Full Time & Part Time Regular
  

Retention Point Calculation:

• Employees shall be assigned a base of one hundred retention points. 
• Full time employees will receive one point for each pay period of active pay status. 
• Part time employees will receive .5 point for each pay period of active pay status.
