Enhanced Online Employment System Available Soon
The revised online employment system will be available soon. Last Fall the office of Human Resources began critically evaluating the process used to hire faculty and administrators. When initially creating the electronic employment process with PeopleAdmin (PA) in 2005, the team's charge was to make the electronic process mirror the paper process which had been in place for many years. In doing so, it became evident that the complex paper process did not fit efficiently into an electronic system. A team was gathered to redesign the workflow of the employment process resulting in several system benefits.
