The University has obtained a
small supply (approximately 375) of the seasonal flu vaccine for
Faculty and Staff.
The vaccines will be made
available on a first come first serve basis at
the following time and
location. Note that there will not be a
charge for this vaccine.

The University is working on
obtaining additional vaccines and will make those available when we receive
them. Please note that there is NO
GUARANTEE that we will receive additional doses.
In addition, Ohio University's
employee health plan, through Anthem, also provides coverage for the seasonal
flu vaccine. If you obtain a flu vaccine
from your physician or another entity such as CVS, Kroger, Wal-Mart, etc.,
please request a receipt. Receipts may then
be submitted to Anthem or the Ohio University Benefits Office for
reimbursement.
