Dear Ohio University colleague,
I would like to remind you about an important deadline regarding the early retirement incentive plan (ERIP). The last day for enrolling in the plan is Monday, August 31, 2009. The ERIP will not be extended.
Eligible employees that intend to participate in this plan MUST sign the Retirement Incentive Plan Employee and Employer Agreement (form F-111c) with Ohio University’s Human Resources department on or before Monday, August 31, 2009. Participating employees must be eligible to retire by August 31, 2009 and may choose to work through October 31, 2009 at the latest; however, the agreement must be signed and submitted to the Human Resource office on or before August 31, 2009.
