Ohio University strives to maintain compliance with the Drug Free Workplace Act in order to provide a safe environment for staff and visitors. New employees are made aware of the university's substance abuse policy and resources during the Human Resource new faculty and staff orientation program. However, it's important to keep all staff reminded about the policy and informed of the many resources available.
BMA Impact manages the university's Employee Assistance/ Work-Life Program and provides educational materials on substance abuse and other important topics.
