Preprinted Campus Directory information forms were mailed September 12, 2007 to all Departments for distribution to employees.
Employees should review the information and make any necessary changes on the form, initial and return to University Human Resources no later than September 27, 2007.Forms are to be returned even if there are no changes.
Late return of the form may result in incorrect information being published in the University Campus Directory.
Adjunct faculty and term administrators (formerly known as group 3) may disregard this message as these positions are not printed in the directory.
