Anthem & EnvisionRx to Administer Benefits
The Benefits Office is pleased to announce that the university has reached an agreement with Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield to administer its benefits package and EnvisionRx Options to administer the prescription drug plan.
Proposals from thirteen companies were thoroughly reviewed prior to this selection. Medical Mutual of Ohio will continue to administer the plan through June 30, 2006. Anthem and EnvisionRx will begin coverage on July 1, 2006.The main benefit plan design including co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles and out of pocket maximums will remain the same.
A Benefits Update will be mailed to employees this week.
