IMPACT SOLUTIONS will be on the Athens campus to present Shifting Gears. This presentation is offered to help employees transition through the many changes occurring in the workplace. We will also learn about the emotions and issues transitions create: increased anxiety/stress, uncertainty, anger, sadness, family issues, increased workload, "survivor syndrome", financial burden and employee morale. Tips will be provided on how to work through these transitions using practical tools and resources.
