The possibility of the University offering a one year Early Retirement Incentive Plan (ERIP) has been discussed in various Senate meetings across campus. An ERIP must be approved by the Board of Trustees and presented to Ohio's Public Employee's Retirement System (OPERS) prior to implementation.
