modifying a position

 

Planning Units shall notify Cheryl Sickels, Position Information Manager of changes to a position that could impact the position number.  Complete the Position Modification form along with any necessary supporting documents. In some instances, it may be necessary to use this form as a supplement to other documents such as a PDQ or JIQ.

 

A Position Modification form may be used to do a combination of the following actions:

  • Status of a position (full-time to part-time, etc.)
  • FTE change
  • Title change of a position (work through HR-Compensation Office)
  • Number of months worked has changed
  • Budget organization change
  • Supervisory change
  • Abolish a position
  • Funding source change
  • Request a position audit
