The Vice President of Human Resources sends a memo annually (see 'holiday memo' under documents on our resources page) which lists the specific dates that Ohio University will observe these holidays.
Ohio University observes ten holidays per year. They are as follows:

* These two "floating holidays" are scheduled on other days than the traditional dates shown. Columbus Day is typically scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving, and President's Day is typically scheduled for December 24.
