disability upon exhaustion of 6 months of unpaid family and medical leave employee will be placed on disability leave with reinstatement rights to same or similar position, no continuation of health benefits, may elect COBRA
educational 2 years (classified) and 1 year (administrative) of unpaid leave to further education, no health benefits, may elect COBRA
medical unpaid leave in conjunction with unpaid FMLA not to exceed 6 months, for employee only, health benefits continue
military unpaid leave (beyond 176 hours or 22 days of paid leave) granted in accordance with state and federal laws to employees who are inducted or otherwise required to enter military service or active duty, health benefits continue if leave is by executive order
personal 6 months of unpaid leave for personal reasons, no health benefits, may elect COBRA
