Study time: If you are in class 4 hours each
week then you need to prepare to spend 4-8 hours each week reading, studying,
and preparing for class.For additional

Commitment: To be successful in this program,
class attendance is required.To receive
the maximum benefit of this program, class participation and prior preparation
are expected.Cohort classes will be
scheduled between the hours of 8:10 and 10:00 AM Tuesday and Thursday whenever
possible.Program classes will be
scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and Monday through Friday whenever
possible.However, please be prepared to
spend time on team presentations and projects outside of traditional business
hours.Individual team members will be
expected to fully participate and complete assignments.
Timeline: The program consists of eight
classes completed in eight consecutive quarters.This is equal to one class each quarter
including one class for two consecutive summers for a total of two years.
