Classified Staff Development Program (CDP)

The CDP is a structured professional development certificate program provided for Ohio University classified (non-bargaining unit) staff. Beginning in the fall of 2009, the new Vision OHIO-inspired program will enroll a 20-member cohort that will take one class for 10 consecutive quarters, including one class each summer. The program will take two and a half years to complete and successful participants will earn college credit and receive a certificate of completion. Staff will be better prepared to meet the changing needs of technology, higher education, and position responsibilities with more knowledge, flexibility and skills, as well as opportunities for upward mobility.
