The Leadership Development Program (LDP) offered through Leadership & Staff Development at Human Resources, enhances leadership skills, and ability to deal with workplace challenges at Ohio University. The LDP provides a greater understanding of higher education administration and leadership, broadening perspectives and improving alignment with the mission and goals of Ohio University outlined in Vision OHIO.

The LDP approaches leadership using both a conceptual and operational perspective with two programs, leadership essentials and managerial essentials.
