3. Do you have a current resume that shows a potential new employer what you can do for them?
4. Do you have a Reference List?
5. Do you know how to respond to an ad that requests salary history?
6. Do you know how to effectively use the Internet for your job search?
7. Do you know how to answer the interview question, "What is one of your weaknesses"?
If you answered "No", "I think !", or "I don't know ?", to at least one of the above questions, you should attend the two-day Milestones Career Seminar.
The Milestones Career Seminar will provide you with valuable information on how to conduct an effective job search. It doesn't matter if it's been one year or 20 years since you last looked for a new job. You will learn something that will help in your job search.
By attending the seminar, you will also be given access to Lee Hecht Harrison's *Career Resource Network (CRN).
*Career Resource Network: A robust web portal that provides displaced workers with career transition tools, seminars, research data, job banks, resume posting sites, career advice, and networking opportunities.

The presentation Shifting Gears is offered to help employees transition through the many changes occurring in the workplace. We will also learn about the emotions and issues transitions create: increased anxiety/stress, uncertainty, anger, sadness, family issues, increased workload, "survivor syndrome", financial burden and employee morale. IMPACT SOLUTIONS will provide tips on how to work through these transitions using practical tools and resources.
