Ohio University has designed an Outplacement Services Program to assist employees during their career transition as a result of our reduction in force. This is a voluntary program with the objective of providing the resources needed to streamline the job search process. Beginning a job search can be a daunting task for anyone in this uncertain economy. University Human Resources is committed to arming displaced employees with the tools, information and skills necessary to help with this transition.
Because of this commitment, we have partnered with Lee Hect Harrison, a company providing expert career management services globally. Lee Hecht Harrison will engage participating employees and provide the tools and skills to help you craft a personal plan for your job search. Affected employees are strongly encouraged to take advantage of these quality services.
