Learn, research and develop skills and tools to be utilized in OD consulting
Assists with instruction in staff education and development programs
Identifies and cultivates relationships with OHIO faculty, leading to research and applied research on topics related to organization development, organization effectiveness, change, staff education, etc.
Creates and maintains modular curriculum, tool library and web site for Center staff and clients
Works collaboratively with the Center staff to develop online resources for student use before, during and after classroom instruction
Collaborates with Center staff in the creation of leadership development tools, programs and offerings
