Human Resources works with departmental supervisors and managers in several areas including:

  • Ensuring that all jobs are appropriately defined and compensated

  • Coaching and counseling employees, disciplinary procedures, support for managers in resolution of problems to enhance working relationships

  • Providing leadership and skill development programs and resources
