• Provide OD consulting services to clients (usually teamed with other Center staff)
• Pursue and cultivate client relationships that will develop into opportunities for Center OD services
• Build and develop the OD skills and capabilities of entire Center staff.
• Provide and assist with instruction in our staff education and development programs alongside our other instructors and consultants.
• Ensure that the Center has consistent systems for collection of data and results for the overall improvement of the Center.
• Ensure that the Center is managing tools and processes for the over-all quality of the client experience (intake, the design and implementation, assessment, communication and follow-up)
• Facilitate communication and coordination of client needs within the Center – provide smooth transitions when connecting clients to resources outside of the Center.
