The Compensation area of the Office of Human Resources seeks to promote compensation strategies that maximize the recruitment, performance, and retention of quality employees in support of Ohio University's mission and goals.

 The Compensation area of the Office of Human Resources provides position analysis and evaluation; consultation regarding classifications, position descriptions, appropriate pay adjustments, and employee recognition assistance.
