Oversees the management of our facility
Directs the Staff Education and Development “leg” of the Center
Implement and maintain enrollment management and retention strategies for staff education programming
Manage the over-all student registration processes and procedures
Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies
Create and manage instructor recruiting, outsourcing and brokering agreements
Assist with instruction in staff education and development programs
In partnership with the center director, insure continuous assessment and improvement of the over-all classroom experience and instruction
Functions in the role as Staff Education consultant to planning units
Assist client units and departments with the design of systems for staff education that support objectives of the unit
Consult with clients and offer suggestions and guidance to those clients wishing to design training or events for the achievement of a specific client purpose
Provides oversight of Center budget
Collaborates with Center staff in the creation of leadership development tools, programs and offerings
Provides OD consulting services and identifies and cultivates relationships leading to new Center clients and projects
