Simplify your life with healthier eating

Do you have too much on your plate?

A healthy diet not only helps your body, but can also help relieve stress. Healthy foods are full of nutrients that fuel and recharge the body – but you already knew that, didn’t you? 

So how do you do it? Here are a few simple guidelines to get you eating healthier:

  • Make half your plate fruits and vegetables.

  • Make at least half your grains whole grains.

  • Switch to fat-free or low-fat (1%) milk.

  • Drink water instead of sugary drinks

  • Enjoy your food but eat less; eat smaller portion sizes

But that’s not all. There are a lot of things you can do to start bringing healthier foods to your family’s table. Take a look at the right-hand column to help you, and your family, eat healthier foods.
