University Human Resources is pleased to announce that beginning July 1, 2012, faculty, staff and family members enrolled in one of the university's health plans will have access to a new Impact Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service - Personalized Medical Guidance (PMG).

PMG offers Direct Physician Access for:

• Assistance in navigating the healthcare system

• Access to an expansive advisory network

Experienced physicians serve as your healthcare guides and educators for:

• Questions regarding medication costs, side effects and alternatives

• Information on health concerns and medical diagnoses

• Appointment assistance

• Questions about medical procedures and test results

• Understanding "Doctor talk"

• Lifestyle changes to improve wellness
