It’s time to take men’s health seriously!

For a lot of men, life is so busy they just don’t think they need to worry about their health. But nothing could be further from the truth. 

Men are less likely to have an annual physical than women and even less likely to seek care when they are not feeling their best.

So if you’re a man, here are a few things that need to happen:

  • Ask your doctor what checkups you need.
  • Eat more fruits, veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protein.
  • Know your numbers for cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight (BMI – body mass index).
  • Protect yourself from cancer with screenings.
  • Keep stress at bay and stay happier!
