Employees that meet the following determinants; along with their spouse and children (including legally adopted & step children) are eligible to participate in the educational benefits program. Benefits continue subsequent to retirement and/or death of the eligible employee.

Full-time permanent or provisional employees are eligible for 100% of Instructional Fees waived
Part-time permanent or provisional employees are eligible for 50% of the Instructional Fees waived
Temporary, intermittent and emergency employees are not eligible
faculty & administrators
Full-time employees with a .67 FTE or higher are eligible for 100% of the Instructional Fees waived
Part-time employees with < .67 FTE receive prorated benefits based on their full-time equivalency (FTE)
Quarterly Appointments, Term and Overload Contract employees are not eligible
