Eligibility for Educational Benefits
Employees that meet the following determinants; along with their spouse and children (including legally adopted & step children) are eligible to participate in the educational benefits program. Benefits continue subsequent to retirement and/or death of the eligible employee.Classified Employees:
- Full-time permanent employees are eligible for 100% of Instructional Fees waived
- Part-time permanent employees are eligible for 50% of the Instructional Fees waived
- Non benefits eligible employees are not eligible
Faculty & Administrators
- Full-time employees with a .67 FTE or higher are eligible for 100% of the Instructional Fees waived
- Part-time employees with less than a .67 FTE receive prorated benefits based on their full-time equivalency (FTE)
- Quarterly Appointments, Term and Overload Contract employees are not eligible
