performance development review process
Human Resources has met with various departments across campus regarding the Performance and Development Review (PDR) process and system. A new PDR form and example may be downloaded from the Human Resource website. However, the new form should only be used by groups as they implement the new compensation system and develop Position Competency Profile. In completing this performance cycle, managers should use the current performance management form and rate staff using the current numeric rating scale. Rating input should be completed in PeopleAdmin as soon as possible but no later than April 30, 2011.
