Ohio University Housing Development Plan
The Housing Master Plan was updated in November of 2012 to inform the Housing Development Plan. It is an assessment of current student housing and future student housing needs on campus. The original document can be found in its entirety here.
Ohio University Deferred Maintenance Report
The Deferred Maintenance report was also drafted as a part of the Vision Ohio strategic planning process. It identifies current deferred maintenance issues on the Athens Campus - Including residential facilities. The report is divided into two sections: the campus condition map and the narrative.
