Housing Development Plan
The housing development plan initiative is a program collaboratively lead by the the Division of Student Affairs and the Division of Finance & Administration to improve the residential experience and the comprehensive living-learning environment on the Athens campus. The housing development plan focuses on exploring potential opportunities for renovation or replacement of residence halls. The initial area of focus for this project is the South Green residential area, but the completed master plan will outline a vision for all of OHIO's residential facilities.
This web site will be a repository of information related to the housing master planning initiative as the university continues to move forward with this endeavor. Information housed here will include background documentation on the residence hall system at Ohio University, the project charter, time line, and meeting minutes.
