Capital Planning
Every year residential housing coordinates a variety of major and minor capital improvement projects to maintain and improve the quality of the student experience at OHIO. These projects range from the complete gutting and remodeling of a residential facility to paint and tile work. These projects represent a substantial investment in the future of Ohio University and the future of the residence hall system.
