Services
The Office of Off-Campus Living provides a variety of services to both students who are already living off-campus and those who are preparing to move off-campus. Below are some examples of the services we provide.
Rental Listings
Searching for a Rental?
Here is a list of links and resources to help get you started.
Off-Campus Living has also partnered with LOC101 to provide a community rental listing service. The listing can be found at http://www.ohio.loc101.com.
We also recommend checking the resources below for local listings:
- The Athens News
- The Post (Print Only)
- The Athens Messenger
The City of Athens also maintains a listing of all rental properties in the city and the corresponding property manager. This can be of use if you are looking for information on a particular address or neighborhood. Click here to link to the list.
We also recommend that before renting you look to see if the property or properties you are interested in have been reviewed on Pick-A-Property.
Group Programs
Off Campus 101 & 102
Off Campus 101 and 102 are programs provided to students in the residence halls to educate them on what to expect when moving off campus. Off-Campus 101 focuses on the process of obtaining off-campus housing, and off-campus 102 focuses on the transition to living in the community.
